Served on Draught
A typical English bitter with a rich, white foam head, on a dark amber body. Brewed using the finest British hops giving a full bodied taste, with a subtle caramel flavour you will appreciate.
History
Bitter originated in 1600s in Burton on Trent in England.
In 1930s it became a fashionable, lighter, and lower ABV, known as a high quality premium beer, and “Best” bitter was designed to be stronger than an originally bitter.
Served on Draught
An exceptionally smooth, dark Irish Stout with just enough bitterness, balanced with a roast character and a milky creaminess that makes this beer so easy to drink.
History
Stout originated in London England in 1718, to compete against hoppy pale ales.
1907 Mackeson of Hyde brewed Milk stout which was made to be thicker and slightly sweeter, by adding sugar from milk “lactose” (6-12 grams/pint), and went to market in 1910.

Dwyers has its origins from O’Dwyers (in Gaelic Ó Dubhiur) a clan based in the Barony of Kilnamanagh Lower in County Tipperary in Ireland and means
“Dark wise one” and “Dark coloured”
